Christiana is a licensed agent in the lines of property, casualty, life and health. She has been in insurance since early 2021. She works very hard to ensure that our clients get the absolute best service. She loves being a part of her community and volunteering as a Spanish teacher at her local school and church. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, children, and three dogs.

Samuel Becker

Ag Account Manager
Started in 2023

Sam grew up on a farm near Blairstown, IA where he gained knowledge in agriculture. He went on to acquire a degree in geospatial technology regarding precision agriculture before transitioning into the insurance world. Specializing in farm insurance, he can combine his understanding of Ag with the complexity of insurance. He holds a license for commercial, personal, and crop insurance lines. 

Robert Paulsen

Crop Insurance Agent
Started in 2012

After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008. Bob came back to the Newhall area where he grew up, to work in the crop insurance field. In 2012, Bob joined the insurance team to service local farmers with their needs for crop insurance. He also worked as a crop adjuster, which allowed him to see the industry from a different perspective. 

Rhonda Speckner

Customer Service Representative
Started in 1985

Rhonda has been a local her entire life and currently resides in Shellsburg. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years at Speckner Insurance Agency. Rhonda is licensed in personal lines and specializes in customer service.
